Financial Planning is different for different stages of Life. So before you start your financial planning you must know in which stage you are.
Everything Changes except Change
Whether changes, Economy changes, thoughts changes, taste changes, fashion changes and even our mood changes and the most predictable and significant change is getting old from a baby. So why not we plan our finances for these changes.
We can divide the human life cycle in to six basic stages, “A” to “F” to which we will assign commonly-used, phonetic alphabet non-projective names.
| First is the Alpha (“A”) stage which consists of young, single, childless persons who are financially independent from their parents. | The Second stage is the Bravo (“B”) stage in which these persons are married, but still childless.
| ||
| The Charlie (“C”) stage begins with the birth of the first child and continues until the youngest child is of school age. | . The fourth life cycle stage in the Delta (“D”) stage in which there are dependent children who are no longer of preschool age. | ||
| When the last child has finished his or her schooling and is no longer dependent on the parents, the Echo (“E”) is entered. This is the pre retirement or “empty nest” stage | The Foxtrot (“F”) stage is the retirement stage. |
So check before you plan your finances the stage in which you are?
And change your plan as you change your life stage………
